Shipping policy

*       Shipping Method: Pos Laju / Skynet Express.

*       Please add RM12 for shipment and handling cost (per item).

*       Only the purchase of a watch and a box will be considered as one item.  You may wish to use the ORDER FORM HERE.

*       Ordered item will only be delivered within 3 days after we confirm receiving Full Payment and Shipping Details from buyer.

*       If no full payment is received by us after 24hours of order, the order will be cancelled.

*       We reserve the right to cancel the order if payment is not received

(Note: Interbank Transfer will have 24 to 48 hours delay before payment is credited into our bank account.)

*       Before shipping out, the Item(s) will be subjected to thorough examination by us to avoid any flaw or scratch and to guarantee the excellent performance of the item(s). Our elaborated Quality Control System is applied to all orders and is aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.

*       Please check the parcel in front of the courier/delivery man.  Make sure that the sticker GOLD COLOR ("TERIMA KASIH") is in good condition before you sign for it.  Return to the item to the courier/delivery man if the sticker is opened or broken. We do not accept complaint(s) about item(s) being missing or differed once it is received and opened by you.

*       We offer 1 DAY (24HRS ) return policy for items which may have a Manufacturer Defect.

*       On most cases this will not occur since each of our items are tested prior to the shipment.

*       Exchange it for a New One. All returned items MUST be the same as the condition as the ones shipped to you, only then can they be exchanged.

*       Any problem occur after 1 DAY ( 24HRS ) with the product you purchase from us, warranty will be used to repair your item ( with charges ).

*       No exchanges are allowed on used items.

*       Shipping and handling charges, insurance and other fees are NOT-refundable in any case.

*       No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.

*       Please keep ALL packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced, repaired or returned
